Timeline

  • Meet us on an introductory call
  • Sign confidentiality agreement
  • Provide basic financial information
  • Review our preliminary view on valuation
  • Decide if there’s potential for a good fit
  • Tohepa will work towards a Letter of Intent (LOI), a deal proposal outlining key terms
  • We will ask for some additional information; you can interview us as well
  • This phase culminates in agreement on key deal points, with a signed LOI
  • We will engage advisors to conduct confirmatory due diligence and to prepare a transaction agreement
  • This is also an important time to plan for a smooth transition
  • With a finalized transaction agreement we will formally close.
  • Together, we will announce the transaction, and transition management smoothly
  • Then, I’ll get to work, building upon your success
